Artist has the right to decline your order, including for personal reasons.
All works are only used for personal use.
Works that are used for commercial can be discussed via DM.
Commission results can be used for samples and posted on the artist's account unless the commissioner refuses to share them. The commissioner is allowed to post the work with credits.
No refunding/cancellations, unless a refund is requested from the artist due to not being able to continue the order.
It is advisable to provide multiple references before ordering for desired results.
Accept minor revisions, while major revisions maximum of 2x. Additional revisions will be charged.
Full payment after the sketch is approved.
Orders will be done in approximately 5-30 days. Artist will inform you if the order cannot be completed within the specified time. Requests for rushed deadlines will incur additional charges.
Payments can be done via Mandiri and Dana for local, Paypal for international.
Commercial characters (Vtuber/Mascot/etc) for a project can be discussed first through DM.

Notes:
- Adding a complicated background will incur additional costs starting from 10$/IDR 50k depending on the details.
- The listed price is the base price. Prices may increase if the character design is complex or includes detailed items (e.g., weapons, pets, etc).
- Prices are calculated per character, so if a character is added to an illustration, the cost will increase based on the number of characters ordered.
